Dr. Karl Brown
President and Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Karl Brown is a healthcare leader with more than 20 years of experience in both clinical medicine and healthcare leadership. Throughout his career, he has worked in inpatient and outpatient care while also overseeing hospital operations, health plans, and quality improvement initiatives. His background includes leadership roles within major healthcare systems, government facilities, and private organizations.

Dr. Brown has served as a physician leader for organizations including Intermountain Healthcare, the U.S. Air Force, and IPC The Hospitalist Company.

Gabe Ritchie
Chief Sales Officer

Gabe brings more than 20 years of sales experience, with the last nine years dedicated to regenerative medicine. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for creating meaningful relationships, listening to people’s needs, and helping them make informed decisions with honesty and integrity.

After experiencing regenerative treatment himself and seeing firsthand the positive impact it had on his own health, Gabe became even more passionate about helping others explore therapies that may enhance their quality of life. His personal journey, combined with years of working alongside patients, gives him a unique perspective and a genuine understanding of the importance of compassionate guidance.

Gabe believes that education, trust, and personalized care are the foundation of every successful patient experience. His goal is to ensure each individual feels informed, supported, and confident throughout their regenerative medicine journey.\Outside of work, Gabe enjoys traveling, spending quality time with his family, and embracing the outdoors. Whether exploring new places or enjoying the beauty of nature, he values creating meaningful experiences with the people who matter most.

Brady Knowlton
Chief Strategy Officer

Brady Knowlton holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and a Juris Doctor from University of Denver.

Mr. Knowlton is an entrepreneur, investor, and business executive with more than two decades of experience in private equity, business development, and strategic operations. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the formation, capitalization, and management of multiple companies and investment ventures across a diverse range of industries. His background combines legal training, operational leadership, and international business experience, allowing him to navigate complex transactions and growth opportunities in both emerging and established markets.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Knowlton served as Managing Partner of two successful institutional investment funds focused on the oil and gas sector. In these roles, he worked extensively in capital formation, acquisitions, investor relations, and strategic development, helping guide the funds through periods of significant growth. His experience in the energy industry provided a strong foundation in finance, risk management, and large-scale business operations.

In addition to his work in private equity and energy, Mr. Knowlton has developed and operated businesses in automotive finance, software, real estate, and hospitality. His entrepreneurial approach has centered on identifying underserved markets, building scalable business models, and creating long-term enterprise value.

Fluent in Spanish and conversational in French, Mr. Knowlton has traveled to more than sixty countries and brings a global perspective to his business and investment activities. His international experience has contributed to a strong understanding of cultural dynamics, international markets, and relationship-driven business development.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Mr. Knowlton enjoys studying languages, fishing, international travel, and spending time with his two children.

Brittany Ritchie
Nurse Practitioner and Care Coordinator

Brittany Ritchie, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years of healthcare experience and a passion for compassionate, patient-centered care. Brittany began her medical career in 2010 as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), gaining firsthand experience caring for patients and developing a deep appreciation for the impact of quality healthcare.

Driven by a commitment to continued growth and excellence in patient care, Brittany advanced her education and nursing career by earning her Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) degree from Ranger College, followed by her Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from Texas State Technical College. She later earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Family Nurse Practitioner, from The University of Texas at Arlington.

Throughout her nursing career, Brittany has served in multiple leadership and specialized clinical roles within long-term care and rehabilitation settings from 2010 to 2022, including MDS Coordinator, Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), Director of Nursing (DON), Wound Treatment Nurse, and Infection Control Preventionist. These experiences provided her with extensive knowledge in patient care coordination, chronic health management, wound care, regulatory compliance, and interdisciplinary care planning.

At Revitalize Wellness Solutions, Brittany is passionate about helping patients feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout their wellness journey through thoughtful education and individualized care. In addition to patient care, she also assists with various clinic support and operational functions when needed.

Outside of work, Brittany enjoys spending quality time with family and creating meaningful memories with loved ones.

Kassy Neeley
Licensed Vocational Nurse & Patient Care Coordinator

Kassy is a dedicated nurse with more than 15 years of experience providing compassionate, patient-centered care and support. Her healthcare journey began early when she earned her GED at the age of 16 and worked as a Certified Nurse Assistant until turning 18. She then pursued her nursing education and graduated from Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) school in 2009. Shortly after graduation, Kassy welcomed her first child and chose to spend time at home with him before beginning her nursing career as an LVN in 2011.

Throughout her career, Kassy has gained experience in a variety of healthcare settings. The majority of her nursing career has been spent caring for patients in long-term care facilities, where she developed a strong foundation in patient advocacy, clinical care, and building meaningful relationships with patients and their families. She has also worked in dermatology and infectious disease specialty clinics, further broadening her clinical knowledge and experience.

As an integral member of the team, Kassy often conducts patient follow-up calls, helping ensure patients feel informed, comfortable, and supported throughout every step of their journey. She is passionate about creating positive patient experiences and providing personalized care that helps patients feel heard, valued, and confident in their healthcare journey.

Outside of work, Kassy enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three boys. Whether she’s cheering from the sidelines at travel ball games, tackling home improvement projects, getting lost in a good book, or exploring new destinations with her family, she values making memories and embracing life’s adventures.

Aprihl Brinkerhoff
Director of Operations & Health Educational Professional

Aprihl Brinkerhoff brings a unique blend of technical expertise, analytical insight, and genuine passion for helping others to her work at Revitalize Wellness Solutions. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a Master’s in Business Finance, giving her a strong foundation in both problem-solving and strategic thinking.

Her career began in the medical field, where she worked designing medical implants — an experience that sparked her interest in improving quality of life through thoughtful, impactful solutions. She later transitioned into advanced analytics, where she delivers predictive intelligence and data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making for large insurance organizations across the healthcare landscape.

At her core, Aprihl is driven by a desire to help people live fuller, more active lives. She believes that the best outcomes come from combining knowledge, innovation, and a personal commitment to well-being — values she brings into everything she does.

Outside of her professional work, Aprihl finds joy in spending time with her family, especially on the golf course, where friendly competition with her sons — who play on their school team — keeps her on her toes and the bragging rights constantly up for grabs. Music is also a meaningful part of her life — she plays classical guitar at the university level and shares that passion with her children. Together with her sons, who play the cello and bass, she organizes and performs small events at retirement homes, bringing music and connection to residents and creating moments that brighten their day.

Doug Langford
Director of Business Analytics & Health Educational Professional

Douglas Langford holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Exercise Science from Utah State University. 

Doug has been owner and lead financial advisor of Langford Wealth Management for over 20 yrs. He has spent that time doing seminar education on Investment strategies and Social Security Maximization. His passion and focus has been helping educate individuals to achieve their goals. With education brings knowledge. That knowledge brings power to make changes. He has that same drive and desire to help educate and empower to clients of Revitalize Wellness Solutions. 

His true love and passion are his family. Spending time golfing, rockhounding, fishing, traveling and anything outdoors with them is what brings him joy. His access to the mountains and west desert of Northern Utah, where he lives, really helps.

Zach Keenan
Director of Social Media & Health Educational Professional

Zach Keenan is an Integrative Health Consultant passionate about helping people take a proactive approach to their health and wellness through education and lifestyle optimization. Traveling across the country to host seminars and connect with communities, Zach focuses on making alternative health concepts practical, approachable, and impactful for everyday life. He believes the earlier people prioritize their health, the greater their opportunity to maintain a high quality of life and continue doing the things they love for years to come.

Outside of work, Zach maintains an active lifestyle rooted in fitness, performance, and personal growth. With a competitive sports background that carried through to the professional level, he developed a strong appreciation for discipline, consistency, and long-term wellness. He is passionate about helping others pursue healthier lifestyles with the goal of feeling strong, staying active, and enjoying life without becoming dependent on medications or invasive procedures whenever possible. Zach believes true wellness is about more than longevity — it’s about living in a way that makes people say, “Wow, you’re in great shape for your age.”

Weston Lundskog
Director of Technology & Health Educational Professional

Weston Lundskog brings a genuine passion for active living to everything he does — both professionally and personally. Married with two energetic kids, Weston knows firsthand the importance of keeping up with life’s demands. Whether he’s out on the trail, casting a line, or exploring the backcountry on a motorized adventure, the outdoors is where he feels most at home.

That love of movement isn’t just a hobby — it’s a philosophy. Weston is deeply committed to long-term health, mobility, and longevity, with a firm belief that staying active throughout life shouldn’t require a reliance on surgery or medication. He’s driven by the idea that with the right approach, people can keep doing the things they love for decades to come.

That conviction shapes the way he works with others. Weston is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and live fuller lives — on their own terms. He understands that staying healthy isn’t about perfection; it’s about making smart, sustainable choices that add up over time.

When he’s not working, you’ll likely find Weston somewhere outside with his family, planning the next adventure, or finding new ways to challenge himself physically. He brings that same energy and enthusiasm to his work every day — and it shows.

Karl A. Brown
Health Educational Professional

Karl A. grew up in a family that was passionate about healthy living (Dr. Brown is his father). As a youth he excelled in sports including basketball, playing for his high school team. Karl has excelled in academics, receiving the Gene Haas scholarship for college, and won multiple scholastic awards including 3rd place in the Utah CNC and Lathe Skills USA competition. Karl A. continues to focus on clean eating, exercise, and outdoor activities, including motorcycle riding, skiing, camping, hiking, and building just about anything. Karl A’s personal stem cell story started after several major injuries to his right knee, resulting in major scar tissue deposition, decreased range of motion, and pain. Karl A. was working as a machinist and began to experience significant pain while running his CNC machines and lathes. He received treatment for the knee with Wharton’s jelly umbilical cord product and soon thereafter noted significant improvements in pain and movement, as well as scar reduction. It was this experience that culminated in Karl A. joining his father in the field of regenerative medicine.
